How do I choose the right size fixture for my room?
A general rule of thumb is to add the length and width of your room in feet; the sum in inches should be the approximate diameter of your fixture. For example, a 12' x 14' room would best suit a 26-inch wide fixture.
Are your lighting fixtures compatible with LED bulbs?
Yes, most Progress Lighting fixtures are compatible with LED bulbs, provided the bulb base matches the socket type and the wattage does not exceed the fixture's maximum rating.
What is your return policy for installed fixtures?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. However, fixtures must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or had wires cut to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we include detailed instruction manuals with every product. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall installations.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their lighting within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
What should I do if my glass shade arrives broken?
Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will ship out a replacement glass component immediately at no additional cost to you.
