Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Progress Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixtures are not the perfect fit for your space, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely place the uninstalled fixture and all mounting hardware in its original manufacturer packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned lighting for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
